Farmhouse Neutrals | Handspun Alpaca Yarn – 100 Yards
Farmhouse Neutrals | Handspun Alpaca Yarn – 100 Yards
Farmhouse Neutrals is one of the colorways featured in my Wool Dye Colorways Book. It’s a soft, earthy blend of warm rust, muted gold, sage, lavender-gray, and natural tones that come together beautifully once the fiber is spun.
This skein was created completely by hand here on our homestead. The alpaca fiber was hand sheared, hand washed, hand dyed, prepared, and hand spun, making each skein truly one of a kind.
As you work with the yarn, the colors gently shift and blend, giving the finished project the beautiful variation and character that comes from hand-dyed, handspun fiber.
This skein contains approximately 100 yards of 100% alpaca yarn and would be lovely for a small knitting, crochet, or weaving project. It could also be paired with a coordinating yarn for a larger project.
Alpaca fiber is known for its softness, warmth, and beautiful drape, making this a special yarn for projects where you want both texture and character.
Because this yarn is completely handmade, there will be natural variations in color and thickness throughout the skein. Those variations are part of the beauty of true handspun yarn and make every skein unique.
