Wood comes from the branches of our organically grown fruit trees that have been trimmed during the year, air dried, and hand carved.Each have their own shapes of branches and grain, along with their unique characters.Finish is natural and food safe. These utensils are hand carved and what some may call flaws we call beauty! They are each different and not perfect, but durable to last and enjoy for years! Care of utensils should be taken to condition with food grade wood oil as needed.
